Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us!!! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every technician at Lash Common. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

Cancellation Policy
For the courtesy of our technicians, and clients on a waiting list, we do ask for 24-48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Otherwise, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged to the client. Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation or no-show will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24-48 hours notice.

Children Policy
For the safety of your children and as a courtesy to other clients we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. Our work is very detail orientated and involes an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your saftety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone. We do not allow anyone under the age of 13.

Late Policy
If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment so our technicians can provide you with the absolute best quality of work.

Retail Products
Retail product purchases are a final sale. Should your product be damaged and or defected at the time of purchase you may return it for store credit and/or direct exchange within 14-days with the original receipt.

Payment Policy
WE ARE CASHLESS!
Due to the heightened risk of cross-contamination with cash, we have made the decision to go cashless in an effort to lower the risk to staff and clients! Not to worry though - our Debit and Credit machines TAP limit has been increased to $250! This will dramatically decrease the amount of touching needed to finish your transaction with our machine - which keeps everyone safe. Our machine ONLY ACCEPTS VISA, MASTERCARD or DEBIT.
